Cassie Hayes

Originally a lawyer, Cassie made a fresh start with RA Tas and is now a trainee Family Dispute Resolution practitioner with Post Separation Services.

Joining RA Tas in October last year, Cassie has seen her working environment change with the onset of COVID-19.

When one of your favourite things about working at RA Tas is meeting new people, working under COVID-19 restrictions made the practitioner role quite challenging. Embracing the online approach, and with the full support of her team, Cassie was able to mitigate any challenges presented during this period.

Cassie values the working environment at RA Tas; in particular, Management’s attitude to professional development, opportunities to learn and the encouragement she sees from her team.
