Nikita is a counsellor who values the human connection that comes with her role.

Originally from Relationships Australia Queensland, Nikita started with us 3 weeks before the COVID-19 restrictions.

Working from home had its challenges, especially when starting in a new role, but knowing we were in it together helped minimise these challenges for Nikita.

With supportive and encouraging teammates, Nikita is embracing our values and is enjoying her time with RA Tas.
