The Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) Project was developed to ensure that RA Tas is providing a welcoming and accessible service to all Tasmanians, regardless of background. RA Tas’s push to ensure culturally appropriate service delivery for those from diverse backgrounds was incredibly well received by the community. Invaluable insights were gained, and positive connections made with a range of networks including Migrant Resource Centre, Australian Red Cross, Save the Children, Glenorchy City Council, the University of Tasmania, and the Greek Community Club. These connections have resulted in opportunities for ongoing engagement, dual-referral pathways, and partnerships aimed at welcoming and celebrating cultural diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
