Our people are everything in ensuring RA Tas is a values-driven organisation and a great place to work

The achievement of our strategic priorities depends on our staff, and so it is essential that we attract, develop, motivate and retain high quality staff. One way we do this is through the recognition and reward of their performance, achievements and dedication to the RA Tas strategic goals, values and culture.

RA Tas have designed Values Awards as part of our overall Reward and Recognition framework. These quarterly awards are an important part of recognising individual and team contributions towards the RA Tas values and culture. It ensures that we share and celebrate each other’s contributions and successes.

In partnership with Access Pay, Winners of the Values Awards receive a certificate signed by the CEO and COO, along with a $250 Visa Gift Card.
