walk for Elder Abuse
We were thrilled to participate once again in the Council on the Ageing Tasmania’s Lifelong Respect Walk Against Elder Abuse on the 14th June in both Hobart and Launceston.
This event is an annual tradition for us, which reflects our strong dedication to raise awareness about elder abuse and ageism. Sadly, 1 in 6 Australians aged 65 or older experience elder abuse.
We stand by and support older Tasmanians every day by providing them support through our Elder Relationship Service.
