This year marked the end of the 2019 – 24 Relationships Australia Tasmania Strategic Plan which has provided an excellent opportunity for reflection on what has been achieved over the last five years. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have built a solid foundation, and this has positioned us well to take on an ambitious yet achievable strategy for the next three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development of the 2024 – 27 Strategic Plan is the culmination of engagement with our stakeholders, and a strong collaboration between the Board and Executive Leadership Team. We have welcomed robust discussions about our current position and where we would like to be by 2027. Underpinned by Theory of Change, we have great clarity about the impact we want to create for Tasmanians, and the goals that will enable that to happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the 2024 – 2027 strategic planning process we have identified five goals to shape our pathway for action to bring to life our vision of ‘A Connected and Respectful Tasmania<\/em>‘.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impact – Driven Service Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will partner with the people who engage with our services, Tasmanian communities, our funders, key decision makers and our team at RA Tas, tapping into the wealth of experiences and expertise they hold to co-design services that offer unique solutions to meet the needs of Tasmanians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amplify our Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will use our extensive experience to be a leading voice in informing policy and providing solutions that make a difference to the lives of Tasmanians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growth with purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will lean on our strengths to grow the reach of existing services so we can support more Tasmanians and fill service gaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strengthened Internal Capability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will place a strong emphasis on attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce, creating an excellent organisational culture and continuous improvement of our systems to enable our people to do what they are best at, providing support to the Tasmanian community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enabled by Evidence and Research<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will maintain our focus on making effective use of evidence and research to achieve the impact we are seeking, leveraging partnerships to allow us to do more in this area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to embarking on our new strategy and continuing to support children, adults, families, communities and workplaces to build and maintain healthy and respectful connections in all their forms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
